1. Log in to altFINS and click the AI Copilot button at the top of the screen.
2. Type your strategy, or click one of the suggested prompts, such as “Find coins in uptrend with fresh bullish momentum inflection.”
3. Read the explanation and the “Key criteria used in this scan” list.
4. Click the green filter link. The Screener opens with the filter applied.
5. Pick a coin from the results and click Trade Setup to get an AI analysis with entry, targets and stop loss.

7 Tips to Get the Most Out of AI Copilot

1. Put every condition in one prompt

AI Copilot treats each message as a new search. When we sent “Only show coins with market cap above $1 billion” after a breakout prompt, it returned all $1B+ coins and dropped the breakout rules. Write the full idea at once:

2. Use the buttons when a screen is empty

When our daily MACD screen returned no coins, Adjust the Time Interval rebuilt it on the 4-hour and 1-hour charts. Try similar turned an empty “RSI below 30 in an uptrend” screen into 5 alternatives and explained why: in strong uptrends, buyers often step in before RSI reaches 30. Each button uses one prompt.

3. Ask “what is” and “show me” together

“Explain X and show me coins with it” uses one prompt and gives you both the lesson and the live list. For two patterns, AI Copilot builds two scans, because Screener filters combine with AND logic.

4. Name the timeframe

Swing traders should say “daily chart”. Short-term traders should say “4-hour” or “1-hour”. If you name no timeframe, AI Copilot uses the daily chart.

5. Name the coin size

“Large caps above $1B” and “small caps” return very different lists. By default, AI Copilot keeps coins above $5M market cap and removes stablecoins and leveraged tokens.
