Why These Patterns Matter:

Falling Wedge and Channel Down patterns are common trend reversal patterns. They typically emerge during a downtrend, with lower highs and lower lows.

Eventually, seller supply gets absorbed, the pressure subsides, and buyers begin to step in. As demand increases at these lower levels, the price breaks out—often resulting in rapid upward movements and, of course, profits.
