Third Major Distribution Unlocked
Approximately $1.6 billion is slated for distribution to FTX creditors in the latest payout, scheduled for September 30. Funds are expected to reach recipient accounts within three business days of this date. This third tranche includes specific percentages tailored to different claim types: Dotcom client claims will see a 6% payment, US client entitlement claims are set for a 40% distribution, and general unsecured and crypto-asset loan claims will receive a 24% payout. Additionally, convenience claims are notably set to receive a 120% reimbursement as part of this September payment.
