A transfer of over 26 million ONDO tokens to Coinbase has sparked concerns regarding potential sell-side pressure. The recent activity involves a 26.05 million ONDO deposit, valued at approximately $9.79 million, to the Coinbase exchange. This transfer follows an established pattern where the team moves large tranches of tokens from multi-signature wallets to exchanges. Despite the potential for an immediate sale, the ONDO price has remained relatively stable, holding near $0.37 after a minor pullback from local highs. While trading volume has seen a sharp 46% decline, technical indicators like the Relative Strength Index (RSI) remain near 64. This suggests that underlying demand is currently strong enough to maintain buyer control despite the increased risk of selling pressure.

On-chain data highlights a growing conflict between aggressive spot accumulation and strategic selling by large-scale investors. Retail and spot buyers have driven a positive Buy-Sell Delta of 13 million tokens over four consecutive days, indicating a healthy appetite for the asset. Conversely, whale activity indicates that institutional holders may be returning to the market primarily to take profits following the recent rebound. The Spot Taker CVD remains negative, signaling that while smaller buyers are accumulating, larger players are maintaining seller dominance. If whale-led selling persists, ONDO may retreat toward the $0.33 support level; however, holding the current 200-day EMA could trigger a run toward $0.40.
