XRP Price Analysis: Bulls Find Support Amid Looming Resistance
XRP has initiated a recovery wave after holding steady above the $1.4180 support zone. While the digital asset shows signs of short-term strength, it faces critical technical hurdles that could determine whether this rally gains momentum or faces another setback.
Support Levels and Recovery Momentum
Following a period of volatility, XRP found reliable buying interest above the $1.4180 mark, mirrors recovery patterns seen in leading assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum. The price successfully climbed above the $1.4320 and $1.4350 levels, positioning itself within a short-term positive zone. Currently, XRP is trading above its 100-hourly Simple Moving Average, signaling that bulls are attempting to maintain control of the immediate trend. The technical outlook is further bolstered by the Relative Strength Index (RSI), which has moved above the 50 level, and a bullish MACD that is gaining pace. These indicators suggest that the path of least resistance may be upward, provided the market can absorb selling pressure at higher valuations.
Key Resistance Hurdles
Despite the optimistic turn, XRP faces a significant bearish trend line with resistance near $1.4620. This level roughly coincides with the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level of the recent downward move from the $1.4876 swing high to the $1.4185 low. A decisive close above the $1.4620 barrier is essential for the rally to continue toward the $1.4880 and $1.50 psychological milestones. Failure to clear the $1.4620 resistance could trigger a fresh decline. In such a scenario, initial support rests at $1.440, followed by a more substantial floor at $1.4320. If the price breaks below $1.4320, analysts warn of a potential slide back toward the $1.4180 support or even the $1.4050 zone.
