To illustrate this, he compared transaction requirements: moving $1 million through the financial system would require 200,000 XRP if the price were $5, but only 20 XRP if the asset traded at $50,000. According to this thesis, a low price tag actually hinders global liquidity. BarriC suggests that for XRP to truly solve institutional settlement challenges, it must scale significantly, with price targets of $1,000, $10,000, or even $50,000 being necessary for the token to function as a pillar of global financial infrastructure.
