A critical technical event saw the price break below a significant bullish trend line, which previously offered support around $80,800 on the BTC/USD hourly chart. Furthermore, this downturn pushed Bitcoin beneath the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level of its recent rally from the $74,940 swing low to the $82,790 high, confirming its entry into a short-term bearish zone.
