Verb Technology recently secured an oversubscribed $558 million private placement, signaling its decisive shift towards becoming a dedicated Toncoin (TON) treasury. The company plans to rebrand as TON Strategy Co. (TSC) and establish itself as the first publicly traded treasury reserve for TON. The substantial capital raised will be primarily deployed to acquire TON as its core treasury asset. A key part of this strategy involves staking these TON holdings to generate recurring rewards, aiming for a self-sustaining, cash-flow-positive treasury model.
