A Landmark Public Offering for Bitcoin Accumulation
Parataxis Capital is set to go public via a merger with SilverBox Corp IV, a deal that could inject up to $640 million in capital into the Bitcoin-focused asset manager. This transaction, comprising $240 million in trust capital and a $400 million equity facility, will see Parataxis list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PRTX. Crucially, the firm has already committed $31 million to initial Bitcoin purchases ahead of the merger’s expected Q4 2025 close, signaling its aggressive approach to Bitcoin accumulation.
