Chi Tsang has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer and will concurrently join the Board of Directors. This pivotal move is complemented by the addition of three highly experienced independent Board Members: Robert Sechan, CEO of NewEdge Wealth; Jason Edgeworth, CIO of JPD Holdings; and Olivia Howe, Chief Legal Officer of RigUp.
