altFINS is a crypto analytics and education platform used by millions of active traders, beginners to experts, who value data-driven insights over market hype. Founded by Wall Street veteran Richard Fetyko in 2020, altFINS scans 2,000+ coins,150 technical indicators on 5 time intervals and 50 on-chain metrics to deliver automated market insights. Together with AI chart patterns and expert-vetted trade setups, altFINS provides insights needed to move from market noise to confident trading decisions.

Our Story

Project altFINS began out of frustration with a lack of high-quality tools to find trading ideas, create alerts, execute trading strategies, and monitor portfolio performance across exchanges. Our team decided to fill that void.

We are building a comprehensive and yet intuitive platform that enables coin screening and analysis using traditional technical analysis as well as alternative on-chain data, and trade execution across exchanges. The combination of trade idea discovery and trade execution is truly unique in the crypto trading space.

Richard Fetyko

Richard Fetyko

Richard Fetyko is the founder of altFINS. Previously, he worked 14 years on Wall Street in Equity Research at several investment banks such as Janney Montgomery Scott. His research focused on Internet tech and media sectors and among his clients were asset managers in the U.S. He intends to bring his financial, analytical and trading experience into the crypto asset market.
Tomas Fecko

Tomas Fecko

Tomas Fecko is a seasoned software developer and architect, who gained his experience on various international software development teams. He has co-founded two startups - a FinTech startup for algorithmic trading and a retail e-commerce startup - and has been their acting CTO. Tomas likes new technologies and always welcomes a good challenge.
Marek Hric

Marek Hric

Marek Hric is a finance and capital markets professional with more than 9 years of experience from two top European banking groups. He is skilled in trading and portfolio management with focus on traditional fixed income and derivative financial instruments. Marek is a keen supporter of the digital asset market and at altFINS he focuses on providing fundamental analysis of various projects using blockchain technology.
Michal Liptak

Michal Liptak

Michal Liptak is a software developer. He gained experience during his 9-year career at Koger (now Deep Pool financial solution), where he was involved in the development of AML / KYC and FATCA / CRS reporting and fund management software. He likes to learn and improve in software technologies.
Vladimir Karol

Vladimir Karol

Vladimir Karol is a software developer. Previously he worked in T-Systems Slovakia. The most notable project, he spent 4 years on, was implementation of RMC (Risk Management Center) which evaluates solvency of telecommunication customers before closing a contract.
Juraj Hric

Juraj Hric

Juraj Hric is the Chief Scientific Officer at altFINS. He brings 20+ years of global experience in financial technology and data science, having worked at Macquarie Group and Zyanza, an InvestmentTech platform in Sydney. He also lectures on AI and fintech at leading universities and drives AI innovation in crypto trading.

Jens Loff is a seasoned entrepreneur and C-level manager. He serves as a board member / board chair in different companies. He’s a serial entrepreneur building and investing in companies in EdTech and GovTech.
Daniel Gaspar

Daniel Gaspar

Daniel Gaspar has extensive experience in capital markets. He served in various management roles in investment banking, specialized finance, and most recently, in venture capital. Mr. Gaspar is a Managing Partner at Crowdberry and a Founding Partner at CB Investment Management, a venture capital fund that led a seed round in altFINS.
